The desilter should be installed behind the desander, in other world-second tank tail. The base of desilter must be stable.
Coupling pipeline which used in the connection of desilter inlet and outlet and other equipment ought to adapt hose line. Also you’ better reduce the length and turn as far as possible. The tightness of the screen mesh is suitable and after tension, the screen should be smooth without wrinkles.
Maintenance-desilter
You can check and confirm correct connection and sealing part. If long-term disabled, the cyclone should circulation clean with water, in order to avoid accumulation of dry sand in the cyclone. You should repair or replace worn and damaged, swirling tube leakage. After the shutdown of desilter, you should clean shale shaker. You can check if the nozzle is damaged.
